Damaged Orders
Any damages must be reported within 5 working days of receiving your order. Royal Mail/Courier may request that the damaged items be posted to them for further investigation. Please make a note of the date and time of your delivery if this is possible. Damaged items will be replaced.
Refund Policy (U.K.)
Customers can return their order within 7 working days after they have received their goods. The order must be in a satisfactory condition and the package unopened. A full refund for the cost of goods only, and not the postage, will be given once the goods are received. The customer must obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. The cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer.

Please note: to better serve you, our return policy has changed, effective Sept 16th, 2009.
You have 90 days from when your product was shipped to return it. We do not process returns past this 90 day period.
We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.
Customs-Related Issues:
If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less the shipping costs. If it is not returned to us, we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging import duties and Customs fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
