Delivery Charges and Information
FREE Delivery on all orders over £20* (UK mainland only).
Our standard delivery method to mainland UK on parcels below 2kg is Royal Mail 48 hour post and parcels over 2kg, up to 30kg, are dispatched by DPD tracked courier delivery.
* Orders weighing over 30kg do not qualify for free delivery and you will be you will be notified of the cost at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same working day (Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays and public holidays). Therefore, standard Royal Mail deliveries will be with you between 2 and 5 working days, most arrive the next day.
DPD tracked courier deliveries are on a 24-48 hour service. Therefore, will be with you within 1 to 2 working days (Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays and public holidays).
A mobile phone number and or email address are required for DPD deliveries.
Please allow up to seven working days from dispatch to receive your Royal Mail delivery. We cannot investigate or replace any missing orders that have been sent by post until after 7 working days from the date of the order being despatched.
If your order is below 2kg it is eligible for free Royal Mail post, which will be delivered between 2 and 5 days (dependant on the Royal Mail), however, if you require your order more quickly, you can select the courier option (available for UK customers only) at an additional cost of £7.50 (up to 30kg) and your order will normally arrive the following day. Please note that couriers do not include Saturday as a working day and orders will only be delivered Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays may not be despatched until the following Monday (excludes Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).

Delivery of Products
Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date given when you submit your order, unless there is a delay due to circumstances outside our control. Subject to your cancellation rights set out above, we will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products due to such circumstances. We will try to deliver all of the products in one order together, unless you have requested otherwise, but we reserve the right to deliver your order in instalments, for example if there is a delay on a particular product. If you request us to deliver in instalments, then we may charge you extra delivery costs at our discretion.
Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the delivery address that you specified.
For home deliveries, if no one is available at the address to take delivery, the courier/Royal Mail will leave you a note that the products have been returned to either our couriers, Royal Mail or our premises, in which case, please contact the courier, the Royal Mail or us (as appropriate) to rearrange delivery.
If your parcel is returned to us because you have not picked it up from Royal Mail or re-arranged delivery with the courier, we can re-send it to you at a cost of £3.50 for Royal Mail and £7.50 for courier (UK Mainland only). You will need to contact our customer service team to make payment. Delivery is only free on the first time of shipping your order to you.
We take reasonable care to ensure that the products and their packaging leave our premises in good condition. Please inform us immediately (no later than 7 days after receipt) by telephoning 03337 777 333 or if calling from outside the UK on +44 (0) 203 746 3283 or emailing email@example.com if you find that the delivery does not include products you have ordered, or is incorrect or if any products are damaged upon opening the packaging.
Please see our Refund & Exchange Policy or our Terms & Conditions pages with regard to damaged or faulty products. All risk in the products that you order (including risk of loss or damage to the products) shall pass to you on completion of delivery. You own the products once we have received payment in full for them, including all applicable delivery charges.
Depending on your location, there will be restrictions on product availability and delivery. If you require delivery to the Republic of Ireland or locations outside of the UK please contact us for advice and to place orders. Please note that any such deliveries will be subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions and are therefore at your risk. We have no control over any additional charges that may arise and we cannot predict their amount. We will not be responsible if products are delayed or not delivered to you due to seizures under customs or other restrictions. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
International Delivery (including the Republic of Ireland, excluding, USA, Canada and Australia):
All orders placed before 1pm (GMT) on a working day will normally be dispatched on the same day, normally via International Tracked. We cannot replace a missing order until 21 working days after the shipping date.
Your order will NOT be sent with a tracking ID unless the value is £110 or more excluding P&P. Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
The delivery charge will be shown as you are going through the checkout.
All orders with delivery to United Arab Emirates are strictly sent at customers own risk, unless own courier is used.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Africa, including South Africa due to ongoing issues with local customs.
All parcels will be charged Postage + Packing at cost.

By confirming your order for delivery outside the UK you agree that: If any package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, because you refuse the package, or for any other reason other than solely because of our error, you will be responsible for the delivery cost for the return and re-delivery of the package. If the cost to return the package to us exceeds the cost of the goods ordered, or if you have ordered products that we are subsequently informed cannot be imported into the country of intended delivery we may instruct the delivery company to abandon the package, however, even if we do so you will remain responsible for payment. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of an order within any country where a third-party delivery service removes the order from our own delivery service and then fails to deliver or return the package to us and you will remain responsible for payment.
If your package is seized by Customs for any reason and returned to us we will issue you a prompt refund less the delivery costs. If it is not returned to us we cannot issue you a refund. Most orders are held by Customs for the purpose of charging Import Duties and Customs Fees. Please contact the Customs Office in your country before ordering, as we are not responsible for such charges.
PLEASE NOTE: we are unable to deliver any liquids over the weight of 2kg outside of the UK
Customers in Israel - Unfortunately due to recent issues with orders being confiscated at the border in Israel we can no longer send parcels by courier or Royal Mail International signed for, only by normal airmail. We therefore can no longer guarantee that your order will reach you, because of this all orders are sent to Israel at customers own risk, we will not replace any missing or lost orders. We are happy for you to organise your own courier to pick up your order from us, and if this is the case will obviously refund the shipping we have charged you.
