This product comes in a capsule, which is easy to take and travel with and requires no refrigeration once opened.

Directions

For best results, take 30 minutes before a meal or snack with 6-8 oz of water.

Reduce to 1-3 capsules daily for maintenance.

With the capsules being soil-based, swallowing them whole is probably the most palatable way to take them (the contents won't taste/look very nice when opened, although there is no harm in doing so).
