We aim to make delivery as simple, reliable and transparent as possible. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK, with delivery available across the UK and Europe. For customers outside these regions, worldwide ordering is available via our US website.
Shipping to the UK
Next Working Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) for same day dispatch.
Orders placed after this time, or outside of working days, will be processed on the next working day.
Most Mainland UK orders arrive the next working day. Please note this service is available for Mainland UK addresses only.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on qualifying Mainland UK orders:
Customers: Free delivery on orders over £60.
Practitioners: Free delivery on orders over £100.

Delivery charges apply to orders below these amounts. Some locations, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, may have different delivery rates.
UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail tracked services. Your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order to avoid any delivery delays.
Deliveries may require a signature on arrival. If you’re not available, the courier may offer alternative delivery options or provide instructions to rearrange delivery or collection.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel may be held by the courier for a limited time before being returned.

If your order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 working days and refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man have different courier charges. Delivery is £15 for orders up to 10kg, reduced to £10 for orders over £60.
Shipping to Europe
We deliver across Europe using trusted, tracked delivery services. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3-10 working days.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Delivery costs for European orders are calculated at checkout based on your location. Available delivery options and pricing will be shown before you complete your order.
Please note that deliveries to Europe may be subject to local customs procedures. Any applicable import duties, taxes or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities. These charges are outside of our control and may vary by country.
Occasionally, customs processing or local postal services may cause delays. While we always do our best to support your delivery, we are unable to influence these processes once your parcel has entered the destination country.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be imported into their country in accordance with local regulations.

For customers outside the UK and Europe, we recommend ordering via our US website, which is set up to support international delivery.

Good Health Naturally products are primarily available online, allowing us to offer the widest range directly to you.
As a small, independent family-run business, we also partner with a select number of independent health stores and practitioners who share our approach to natural wellbeing. Availability may vary, so we recommend contacting your local store directly to check if they stock our products.
If you can’t find a retailer near you, the full range is always available to order online, with delivery across the UK and Europe.
