Energy supplements
Energy supplements can be a helpful addition when life feels busy and draining. Sleep, regular meals, activity and staying hydrated make the biggest difference, but several nutrients play a part too. Iron, magnesium, vitamin C and B vitamins including B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and many of them also contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Should I take iron if I feel tired?
Only take iron if you know you need it, or your GP advises it, as too much iron can be harmful.
