The form of each nutrient matters, so Active Life™ uses folate as Quatrefolic®, vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, zinc as L-OptiZinc® and selenium as selenomethionine. It’s also iron-free, a good fit for people who don’t need extra iron, such as most men and post-menopausal women. According to authorised health claims:
- Vitamins B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system
- Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal psychological function

Daily Intake
Adults: Take up to two capsules twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children over 12 years: Take 1 capsule per day.
