Active Life™ provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, including activated B vitamins, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen, Quatrefolic® (5-MTHF), and minerals such as magnesium and zinc in forms commonly used in nutritional supplements. The formula is designed to deliver a wide range of essential micronutrients within a single daily product.
GoodHealth Biotic 14™ supplies over 10 billion CFUs from 14 bacterial strains, including species from the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genera, with added fructooligosaccharides (FOS) included as part of the formulation.
Both products are supplied as separate capsules within one bundle. Together, they offer a convenient way to include both micronutrients and friendly bacteria as part of a balanced daily supplementation approach.
