How to Use
Daily Intake
Take 2ml of Maxifocus under the tongue upon waking. Hold or swish for around 2 minutes, then swallow. Repeat again in the evening. Take 5-10 sprays daily of Taurine, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
When to take
For best results, take Maxifocus and Taurine 10 minutes before drinking and 15 minutes after eating.
For best absorption, hold in the mouth for around 2 minutes, do not take both at the same time.
