How to Use
Daily Intake
Take 2ml (one dropper) under the tongue upon waking. Hold or swish for around 2 minutes, then swallow. Repeat again in the evening. Shake well before each use. Some natural separation may occur.
When to take
For best results, take at least 10 minutes before drinking and 15 minutes after eating. If the taste feels strong, mix with a little water or natural juice. Note: A distinctive aroma is normal and reflects the product’s natural ingredients. Recommended to refrigerate after opening and use within two months.
