How to Use
How to Use
Add 4-6 cups to a warm, not hot bath and relax for a minimum of 30 minutes or more. Alternatively use 3-4 cups for a footbath.
For best results, enjoy two to three magnesium baths each week as part of your self-care routine.
Aftercare
After your bath, rinse gently with cool water, pat the skin dry, and finish by applying your favourite natural moisturiser.
