How to Use
Daily Intake
Take two tablets and then two more 6-8 hours later. You may take two tablets upto 5 times a day if needed. Do not exceed 10 tablets in one day.
When to take
For best results, take the first serving shortly after waking and the second later in the day. Only take 6 days per week.
