How to Use
Apply to clean skin. Recommended for use on areas of tension or tired muscles. Massage as needed, 4 pump presses contain 60mg elemental magnesium.
Aftercare
Ideal after exercise or physical activity to help ease discomfort and support natural muscle recovery. Not recommended for use on freshly shaven skin.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Avoid sensitive areas. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membrane.
