Ancient Magnesium® Flakes Ultra are magnesium bath flakes that combine magnesium chloride with OptiMSM® for use in warm baths or foot soaks.
The flakes dissolve easily in water, creating a smooth soaking experience that can be incorporated into regular body care rituals.
This immersion format offers an alternative way to use topical magnesium, particularly for those who enjoy relaxing bath or foot soak routines as part of their self care time.
Suitable for use on its own or alongside other topical products in the Ancient Magnesium® range, the flakes provide a straightforward addition to bath or foot soak routines.

How to Use
For a bath, add 250–300g (2 cups) of flakes to a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer. For a foot soak, add 150–200g (1 cup) of flakes to warm water and enjoy for 20 minutes or longer.
For best results, enjoy two to three magnesium baths each week as part of your self-care routine. 100g of flakes contains 10.75g magnesium and 8.5g OptiMSM®.
Aftercare
After your bath, rinse gently with cool water, pat the skin dry, and finish by applying your favourite natural moisturiser.
Important
Do not exceed the recommended amount. Avoid sensitive areas. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from high temperatures. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children. For best before date & batch number please see label.
