Place the device in your mouth and breathe in naturally, exhaling through your nose. Use gentle, relaxed breaths without straining. In acute cases, the device may be used daily for up to 15-25 minutes, divided into 3-4 short sessions of around 4-5 minutes each.

Gently wipe the outer surface with a damp cloth, keeping the inside dry to maintain product quality.
