The Whole Body component contains a proprietary blend of botanical ingredients, including roots, barks, leaves and seeds traditionally used in herbal preparations. These botanicals form part of a varied herbal profile and are combined with supporting ingredients to create a consistent tablet format.
The Colon Program component contains a proprietary blend of plant derived fibres and botanicals, including psyllium and fennel seeds, together with additional herbal ingredients. This blend is presented separately as the second part of the programme and is produced using standard tablet ingredients to support stability and consistency.
Together, the two parts provide a structured combination of botanical ingredients and plant derived fibres within a single two step programme.

Daily Intake
Colon Formula: Take one tablet daily, increasing to 3-5 tablets if additional support is needed.
Whole Body Formula: Take three tablets daily, increasing to 5-7 tablets if required.
After completing your initial three month programme, take a three week break. Then use both products again for one week.
Following this gentle rhythm, three weeks off, one week on helps you maintain the benefits of your cleanse over the long term.
When to take
Use both formulas before, during, or shortly after breakfast and dinner, six days a week for three months. Do not take with lunch. For appetite support, take both formulas half an hour before breakfast and dinner.

Food supplements are not to be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Colon Program contains Cascara Sagrada Bark, Buckthorn Bark and Rhubarb Root. Do not use if you have or develop Diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn Bark and Rhubarb Root may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
